Publications and presentations

The results of scientific work by the Finnish Food Authority are reported at international events and in esteemed international scientific publication series. The quality of our scientific work is ensured through peer review. In addition to scientific articles, we also publish popularised articles.

Our research results are publicised to stakeholders and citizens at research seminars and the annual Science Day held by the Finnish Food Authority, at other events, such as the annual national congresses for virology, plant pathology, veterinary medicine and food, and on social media.

The Finnish Food Authority also employs doctoral students working on their dissertations.
