All control agents or pollinators used in Finland must be notified to or an application for their approval filed with Finnish Food Authority. A precondition for granting the approval is that the macro-organism concerned does not constitute a risk to plant health. Finnish Food Authority maintains a list of approved biological control agent or pollinator products.
