The Finnish Food Authority’s vision Finland is a pioneer in responsible food production, summarizes the Authority’s goal in the food system-related task area. The task area encompasses activities to promote the health of humans, animals and plants; support the vitality of agriculture and rural areas; and develop and maintain industry’s information systems.
Sustainability and responsibility are a central part of the Finnish Food Authority’s strategic goals, objectives of operational development, and mission. Our responsible operations are guided by the Finnish Food Authority’s values together, in a solution-focused manner and reliably.
