The Strategic Management Group assists the Director General in the strategic management of the Authority. In addition to the Director General, the Group also includes Deputy Directors General, Administrative Director, ICT Director, Customer Director, Communications Director and the Head of Personnel Unit.
The Finnish Food Authority has an operative management group that is chaired by the Administrative Director. In addition, the Authority has a steering group for development and digitalisation that is chaired by the Development Director.
