The aim of the project is to produce information for the management of the risks caused by EHEC in Finnish food production. With the help of the information produced it will be possible to plan and target EHEC risk management cost efficiently, without compromising the safety of food production.

- survey of the risk management methods in use and the cost of these methods
- development of the risk assessment methods
