BIKE is an exposure assessment model for microbiological and chemical hazards. With a hazard's occurrence and consumption data, the Bayesian model estimates chronic and acute exposures for consumers. One of BIKE's advantages is that its results also include an estimate for uncertainty and variability.

This is a web application that is tailored for estimating the apparent prevalence of Bursaphelechus mucronatus in individually tested or pooled wood samples and vector beetles (Monochamus). In addition to B. mucronatus the app can also be used for estimating the prevalence of other organisms.
