The Finnish Food Authority takes the principles of equality and non-discrimination into account in its plans and decisions and in their preparation and implementation.
The Finnish Food Authority’s equality and non-discrimination plan helps to ensure the realization of equality and non-discrimination, promote staff well-being and strengthen the Finnish Food Authority’s employer image. Compliance with the plan applies to all employees of the Finnish Food Authority. The equality and non-discrimination plan is updated every two years and its implementation is monitored annually.
