  • Commission Regulation EC 1688/2005 implementing Regulation EC 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards special guarantees concerning salmonella for consignments to Finland and Sweden of certain meat and eggs. Please choose the latest Consolidated version in case the Regulation has been updated
  • Commission Regulation EU 427/2012 concerning the extension of special salmonella guarantees to eggs intended for Denmark. Hereby, eggs imported from Denmark to Finland are not concerned by the demands mentioned in (EC) No 1688/2005
    (=exception in the requirements concerning salmonella when importing eggs from Denmark to Finland)
  • Comission Regulation EU 2018/307 extending the special guarantees concerning Salmonella spp. laid down in Regulation EC 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council to meat derived from broilers (Gallus gallus) intended for Denmark
    (=exception in the requirements concerning salmonella when importing broiler meat from Denmark to Finland)
  • EFTA Surveillance Authority Decision 1/19/COL extending the special guarantees concerning Salmonella spp. laid down in Regulation EC 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council to meat and eggs of domestic fowl (Gallus gallus), and meat derived from turkeys intended for Iceland
    (=exception in the requirements concerning salmonella when importing broiler meat, eggs or turkey meat from Iceland to Finland)
