Legislation (Ministry of Trade and Industry Decree 458/2003) defines the composition (fat content and dry matter content of milk) of the following products, treatments, permitted additions and raw materials, as well as special labelling requirements:
- Evaporated milk (condensed milk)
- Totally dehydrated milk (powdered milk)
