Own-check quality assurance

Own-check is a food business operator's own system by which the operator seeks to ensure that food is safe and compliant with the requirements of food law. The operator must identify and control the food safety factors which endanger the food safety of its activities and the food they handle. Own-check must take into account all stages of the operation.
