Toxicokinetics of certain veterinary medicines

Aims:

The purpose of the project is to develop LC-MS/MS methods for the determination of the enantiomers of ketoprofen and budesonide in animal plasma. The projects are part of cooperation projects launched for the examination of the clinical phase, pharmacokinetics and toxicology of ketoprofen and the use of the budesonide inhaler in the treatment of canine asthma.
