Matters can be brought to the attention of the Ombudsman by submitting the related materials by e-mail or by post. Information collected with forms is not stored on the website, but is directed to the Office's e-mail. From there, the matter will be submitted to the case management.
The Office of the Food Market Ombudsman is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of data subjects.
