Strain purification and maintenance
Sporulation test
PCR methods (real time PCR, conventional PCR)
sampling for crayfish plague
  17:00– Get-together Rauhalahti, smoke sauna and dinner
18.10. 9:00–16:00 Culture method follow-up
Sporulation, follow-up
Genotyping (PCR, RAPD-PCR, microsatellites)
MALDI-TOF MS method
  19:00– Crayfish party in Kaavi
(optional, extra cost 50 euro/pp)

Results and conclusions

The precise daily program depends on the results of the culturing and number of participants and can be adjusted according to specific needs of the attendants. However, basic knowledge of PCR methodology is required.

Training fee is 390 euro (VAT 0), including the materials.
